Fossil Hunting Day Trip

Introductory class in fossil hunting and paleontology. Recommended for 5-Administration. There is an introductory class where a field trip is planned. Fossils to be hunted are on display. Identification and preparation are discussed along with basic paleontology and geology. Info on tools, clothing, and safety are discussed. Field trips are to local road cuts, quarries or streams.
